Can I add to or alter an existing order?

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to make any alterations to it in any way.

ORDERS PLACED DURING THE COVID19 RESTRICTIONS WILL BE SHIPPED AS ORDERED AND CANNOT BE ALTERED.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled if you haven’t yet received an order confirmation. Please email us or open a support ticket to cancel an order. 
If you have already received an order confirmation, we are unable to cancel your order. You will be able to return the items once they have been delivered.
Order Cancellations and changes can only be made in writing and no changes can be made my telephoning

Not Receiving Order Confirmation or Order Status Updates by Email ?

Our website sends automated emails to the email address entered by the customer when placing an order and this order confirmation email
should be received within 5 minutes of the order being placed. If you have not received this email then you should first check your SPAM folder and or SPAM Settings.
If the email is not in your Spam Folder then the issue is likely to be with your email service provider. Gmail , Yahoo Mail and Hotmail for example locate
their servers in the USA and can see automated emails sent from Ireland or anywhere outside the USA as being SPAM. If this is the case you need to contact your email service provider so assistance. Please note you can always log into your account to view order updates including the order status.If you are using a HOTMAIL Email address you are unlikely to receive any emails from us becasue HOTMAILs last servers are in the United States and they see automated emails sent from Ireland as SPAM. You can contact HOTMAIL support and they will explain.

 

Shipping Costs for Delivery Across Ireland to Homes & Businesses

We have a single delivery charge of €9.99 per order no matter whether the order ships in 1 box or 10. We believe this is the easiest and most cost effective solution for all of our customers. We understand that the rare customer may only be purchasing a cable and the shipping cost is the same for a cable as it is for a PC however it must be understoood that the shipping costs includes processing , packing , packaging , insurance as well as transport with www.FASTWAY.ie . We do not have a minimum order value nor do we charge a processing fee for smaller orders. In an effort to avoid additional charges for smaller orders as well as for large orders we have one delivery charge which is a fee per order and not based on the size or value of the order which is €8.13 + 23% VAT = €9.99

What is the Warranty when building your own pc?

If you are building your own PC from components purchased then you do not have a PC warranty however each compoment seperately includes warranty. 
If you have built your PC and it does not work you must be able to determine what component is any is not working and only this component should be returned.
If you are unable to problem solve of to complete a PC build from components purchased we can collect the PC and complete the build however this will cost a minimum of €169.99 plus €24.99 for collect and return with FASTWAY.ie. We can only complete builds were all of the components have been purchased from ourselves. We cannot accept returns of customer built PCs and we will refuse all RMA requests other than for a component unless we have agreed to rebuild the PC and the fee has been paid to us to complet the service.

 

When will I be charged if I pay by Debit or Credit Card ?

For all online orders, your card will be charged for items when your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of order placing.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email please check your spam folders or spam settings as this is an automated email and is always sent.

 

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted online?

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to change your delivery address or phone number after you’ve submitted an order. This is for security reasons and our support have are unable to assist.

Can I arranage a collection under the Collect & Return Warranty from a third party address?

Collections can only be made from the original delivery address when booking a return under our collect and return warranty. We cannot offer collections from an address other than the original delivery address and it should also be noted that the collect and return is only available to the original purchaser and it cannot be transfered to a third party.

How Long do Refunds & Credits to Debit Cards and Credit Cards take ?

Credits and Refunds to Debit & Credit Cards are processed within 28  Days from the date either a return is processed or an order is acknoledged as cancelled. Card Issuers can take anywhere between 5 Business Days and 45 Days to apply a credit to an account associated with a Debit or Credit Card. The time a card issuer or bank takes to apply a credit is beyond our control and for detailed information you would need to contact your bank or card issuer. From our experience Bank of Ireland and Allied Irish Bank take 5 to 10 Days with other banks and card issuers taking longer. Once a credit/refund has been processed by ouselves the timeframe it can take for the credit to appear in the customers account is an issue between the customer and their card issuer and unless the payment has been missing for 60 days we are unable to assist. We can only apply a credit/refund to the same card as the payment was originally made with. The time limit speciified for credits / refunds to debit/credit cards is a maximum of 180 days from the date of the  original payment. Any transaction suspected of being associated with fraud or a fraud notice has been issues cannot be refunded and if you are the holder of the card / account you must contact your bank or card issuer and they will assist you.

Can I change the specification of a Ready 2 Go PC?

We cannot change the specification of a Ready 2 Go PC from the specification stated on the product description page.. If you want to make changes you should purchase a PC from our Custom Ranges. We cannot install any third party components or components purchased from our Parts Store in a PC from our Ready 2 Go Range.

 

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is really easy. You can complete an RMA request by clicking on the RETURN link at the top of each page.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

If you’re returning an item to us by post or courier , you will need to cover the cost for postage and packaging. Custom PCs & Laptops Include Collect & Return Warranty.

We recommend only using a recorded delivery service and it is important to ensure any item being return is packed safely.
